BRITISH COUNCIL EXPERT TAKES TRAINING ON ASSESSMENT SYSTEM

In recent years, the British Council has been using cultural and creative fields in the framework of promoting projects to develop the education system in Uzbekistan and popularize the study of English, as well as developing the ability to use foreign pedagogical methods among English language teachers. In this regard, on January 24, a seminar called Review of Modern methods for assessing English language proficiency based on educational and examination products of the British Council was held by the speaker of the British Council, Aiden Holland. The seminar was attended by teachers of the Faculty of Foreign Philology, who wished to further improve their knowledge of the assessment system. At the seminar, the teachers divided into groups and expressed their opinion about the assessment system. At the end of the seminar, the teachers received souvenirs from the British Council.

Coordinator Amirsaid Sadikov (amirsaid.sadikov@britishcouncil.org) and Andrey Maksakov, Head of Exams Business Development, (andrey.maksakov@britishcouncil.org ) helped with the organization of the workshop
