The administration of Urganch State University has launched a special electronic platform in order to create a reserve of professors and teachers consisting of skilled, enterprising, creative, knowledgeable, and potential scientific and pedagogical personnel and specialists who have completed their master's degrees.

For this, you are requested to register online through the https://zakhirakadr.urdu.uz/ electronic system and upload the required documents.

The initial registration period will continue until August 20, 2023 (it includes the last day).

The process of hiring candidates from the personnel reserve is carried out based on the current Labor Code and the selection PROCEDURE conducted by the Employer during recruitment.

When selecting candidates for vacant positions from the personnel reserve, compliance with qualification requirements is studied on the basis of documents uploaded by the candidate to the electronic system https://zakhirakadr.urdu.uz/.

Candidates will undergo a test and interview according to their specialty.

The test and interview processes of the selection are carried out with video surveillance.
