Management visit to student accommodation

Today, on October 27, under the leadership of Urganch State University Rector Bakhrom Abdullayev, the university management, faculty deans visited student residences, got acquainted with the conditions and studied the problems of students. They inspected living rooms, kitchens and other necessary rooms.

Talking to the students, they called on them to use all the created conditions wisely, spend their free time meaningfully, read books regularly, participate in clubs, and learn a trade. In turn, the students expressed their satisfaction with the created conditions. In particular, they expressed special thanks for the newly built sports complex in front of Students' dormitory No. 7.

Also, in order to pass the autumn-winter season without any casualties, they spoke about the work being carried out at the university and called upon the young people to strictly follow the rules of technical safety.

It should be said that today there are 7 student residences at Urganch State University with a capacity of 3,100. In order to ensure the safety of young people in the hostels that host a large number of students, a dormitory security service was established in cooperation with the Khorezm Region Department of the National Guard. Students were informed about this.

At the end of the visit, Rector B.Abdullayev held a meeting with the participation of officials, where the issues studied at the Students' dormitory were discussed. Relevant assignments were given regarding the solution.
