Open dialogue with youth — formation of the Rector’s leadership team
Today, the Rector of Urgench State University, Feruza Madrakhimova, held a meeting and open dialogue with a group of talented students and coordinators of the Youth Union.
It should be noted that the participants of the meeting became part of the “Rector’s Leadership Team,” established on the initiative of the Rector. This team aims to unite active, initiative-driven, and leadership-oriented students of the university and further develop their potential.
The meeting took place in a motivational atmosphere. The Rector provided students with important recommendations on continuous self-development, expanding reading habits, learning foreign languages, improving intellectual capacity, developing leadership skills, and setting clear and determined life goals.
In addition, the main responsibilities of faculty coordinators were emphasized. They were instructed to regularly study the problems and proposals of the students assigned to them, actively cooperate with the administration in finding solutions, and contribute to uniting students through the implementation of various projects while taking on leadership roles.
During the sincere and open dialogue, the youth presented their proposals and initiatives. Relevant officials were given specific instructions regarding their support.
