A seminar-training was held for deputy deans and tutors
On December 4, 2021, Sanjar Davletov, Vice-Rector for Youth Issues, Spiritual and Educational Affairs of UrSU, organized a meeting with the deputy deans and tutors of all faculties as part of Saturday's seminar.
It was attended by the Department of Youth Issues, Spirituality and Education, psychologists, deputy deans for youth issues of all faculties and tutors.
During the seminar, Vice-Rector Sanjar Davletov spoke about reforms in the field of education in the country, the promotion of reading among students, strengthening the activities of clubs under 5 initiatives, studying the living conditions of students living in dormitories and rent, the role of tutors.
U.Latipova, a teacher of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, made recommendations and suggestions on the education of students, communication with them, study of their mental state, paying special attention to the morals of students, individual work with them.
The vice deans and tutors were able to ask questions about the various situations they encountered during their careers and gain the necessary skills.
