On February 26, 2022, a conference was held between the administration of UrDU and the Trade Union Committee on the implementation of the provisions of the Collective Agreement for 2020-2022 in 2021.

It was attended by 192 delegates from faculties and departments. The conference was chaired by the Vice-Rector for Youth Issues, Spiritual and Educational Affairs of UrSU S.Davletov. In the conference reports by S. Khodjaniyazov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, and K. Khamrayev, Head of the Trade Union Committee, on "The status of implementation of the Collective Agreement between the administration of UrSU and the Primary Trade Union Committee in 2021" were heard.

After that, "Agreement between the administration of UrDU and the Primary Trade Union Committee on the protection and safety of the labor of the staff and students for 2022", "Agreement for 2020-2022" "Amendments and additions to the Collective Agreement for 2020-2022 in 2022", "Review of the composition of the trade union committee" were discussed, and the offers and initiatives of the delegates were heard.

As a result of the meeting, a memorandum was signed between the University Administration and the Primary Trade Union Committee for 2020-2022 to further improve the protection of the socio-economic and legal interests of trade union members and students in need of social protection in 2022. Some clauses of the collective agreement have been amended and supplemented.
