The event was opened by the rector of Urgench State University Abdullaev Bakhrom Ismoilovich, and the participants of the event were introduced to the guests.

Oblomuradov Narzullo Naimovich - Chairman of the State Committee for Ecology and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan expressed his opinion on the promotion of constitutional reforms and the study of proposals from the general public.

Kamol Komilovich Jumaniozov - Deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Central Council of the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan spoke on the expression of environmental guarantees in the updated constitution.

In the next issue, Masharipov Adamboy Atanazarovich, Associate Professor of the Department of Ecology and Life Safety, Urgench State University, spoke on the topic of the urgent need to improve the constitution.

The event was held in the form of tense questions and answers. The following amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan were proposed: Introduce the obligatory formation of environmental knowledge in all courses of environmental sciences in the education system. Proposals have been made to amend Articles 50-54-55-100 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
