This month's edition of the contest was held by the Faculty of Philology on November 18 at the University Palace of Culture. In this edition of this traditionally held event, the participants competed in the poetry of poet Mahmoud Toir for students of the Uzbek language, and Alexander Blok for the students of the Russian language.

In the contest, 9 students of the faculty competed in 2 conditions. In the first condition, the students who read and listened expressively from the poems presented, in the next condition, organized a bahru bayt based on Mahmud Toir's work and demonstrated their potential.

The artistic part of the event was brilliantly organized by the students of the 194th group of the Faculty of Philology with beautiful songs, unique dances, and a scene about the disappearance of feelings of kindness among people today, and the negative impact of the cruel time called the Internet on our lives.

  It was very difficult for the judges to announce the final results of this competition, because in the 2nd condition of the competition, 3 contestants competed continuously and the final results were as follows:

1st place winners:

Rozmetova Gulmira (student of group 222);
Suvonberdiyeva Avazjon (student of group 206).

2nd place winner:

Sharipova Qurbanoi (student of group 215).

3rd place winner:

Karimova Oghiloy (student of group 211).

At the end of the event, the head of the "Uzbek language and literature" department, S.Q. Matkarimova, expressed her sincere opinion about the skills, diligence of the participants and the performances of the authors of the artistic part, and the winners were presented with diplomas and souvenirs by the professors and teachers of the faculty.
