Today, on June 2, the opening ceremony of the "Rector's Cup" competition, which is traditionally held every year, was held. Bakhrom Abdullayev, Rector of Urganch State University, gave a speech and congratulated the students on this unique sports holiday and wished all the participants good luck in the competitions.

At the event, the orchestra ensemble of the Faculty of Pedagogy and a group of talented young men and women of the Faculty of Philology shared a festive mood with their beautiful songs and dances.

After that, the teams of all faculties of the university were invited to the sports fields. During the day, competitions will be held between boys in football and among girls in volleyball.
