The well-being of mankind, the sanitation of the environment, and the efficiency of the economy depend on our rational management of the natural resources available on our earth, and our ability to use them economically.

Today at Urganch State University, "It is our duty to protect nature!" event was organized. Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences Kh.Polvonov, head of the department "Ecology and life safety" S.Babajanova, professors and teachers of the department and students took part in the event, which started with the opening speech of the first vice-rector of UrSU S.Davletov.

At the end of the event, students who actively participated in the "Young ecologist" activity were awarded with an honorary certificate.
