On October 25, 2023, a scientific and theoretical seminar  on the topic “The Act of Speech Communication” under the guidance of Associate Professor Saparbayeva Gulandam Masharipovna was held at the Department of Translation  Theory and Practice, Faculty of Foreign Philology, Urgench State University. Professors and teachers of the department and talented students took part in the seminar.
