Today, November 30, Rector of Urgench State University Bakhrom Abdullayev, who is currently on a business trip to the People's Republic of China as part of the official delegation of Khorezm region, met with the deputy director of Shandong Academy of Sciences (Qilu University of Technology), professor Zhan Dong.

During the dialogue, the parties provided each other with information about the activities of universities today. Then, negotiations were held between the universities to establish cooperation in the field of education and scientific research. In particular, proposals for cooperation were made on the demonstration of a smart agricultural zone in the saline-alkaline land and the desert.

As a result of the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Shandong Academy of Sciences (Qilu University of Technology) and Urgench State University.
