Today, a literary and artistic evening dedicated to the 76th anniversary of the birth of Matnazar Abdulhakim, the honored culture worker, winner of the "Ofarin" award, well-known poet and translator, was held in Uzbekistan. University management, professors and teachers of the faculty and students took part in this event organized by the faculty of Uzbek philology. At the event, comments were made on Matnazar Abdulhakim's services to the development of Uzbek literature, the poet's life and creative activity, and the artistic aspects of the artist's poetry. In addition, students of Uzbek philology faculty, Uzbek language education, group 233, staged a performance based on the poems of Matnazar Abdulhakim, samples of the poet's poems, students performed a diltartar song and a beautiful dances were performed. At the end of the event, the first vice-rector of UrSU D. Ibadullayev and the dean of the faculty of Uzbek philology, prof. D. Gayipov congratulated all the representatives of the oasis on the occasion of the birthday of the talented poet Matnazar Abdulhakim and expressed their opinions about the unique aspects of the poet's work.
