The Future of Graduates – Under Constant Attention

Under the leadership of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, an extended meeting was held dedicated to ensuring employment for university graduates, helping them find decent positions in the labor market, and supporting the future careers of youngsters. At the meeting, important tasks and assignments were set for working with higher education graduates across the country, facilitating their employment, engaging them in entrepreneurship, and effectively utilizing each young person’s interests and potential.

To implement the tasks outlined in this meeting, an extended session was held at Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhon Biruni, led by acting rector S.Khodjaniyozov. It was attended by faculty deans, department heads, and heads of relevant university divisions.

The meeting paid special attention to conducting accurate monitoring of university graduates and directing them into employment based on labor market demands and needs. It was emphasized that it is important not only to provide employment but also to offer necessary guidance and assist in overcoming challenges that may arise during the job placement process. Strengthening cooperation with employers and establishing mechanisms for individualized work with students was highlighted as essential.

Specific instructions were given to make broad and effective use of the “Step into the Future” project and to enhance the professional qualifications of the graduates.
