Visit of the professors and teachers of the Department of Romance and Germanic Philology to the students’ dormitory
On October 21, the professors and teachers of the department visited the students’ dormitory. They examined the students’ living conditions, cleanliness, discipline, and the overall atmosphere, and held a sincere conversation with the students.
During the meeting, in honor of the Day when the Uzbek language was granted the status of the state language, Associate Professor D. Jumaniyazova delivered a lecture. The lecture discussed the role of the state language in society, its value, and the responsibility of young people toward their native language.
In addition, the professors and teachers gave useful advice on table manners, keeping rooms tidy, and following cleanliness and hygiene rules. They also reminded the students about the importance of communal living culture, respect, and responsibility.
At the end of the visit, the students shared their thoughts and suggestions and expressed gratitude to the professors and teachers for their attention and conversation.
