Meeting on cooperation
On October 5, as part of the international conference “One Space – One Way: Sustainable Green Economy, Regional Development, Education, and Cultural Heritage,” professors and scientists from leading and prestigious universities in Turkey, Poland, and Bangladesh, led by Professor Birola Merkan of Necmettin Erbakan University, Dr. Birola Merkan, visited the Museum of Memory of the Victims of Repression at Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Beruni. During the visit, the guests learned about the history of the museum and the victims of repression on October 4, including Khudoybergan Devonov, Nazir Sholikorov, Kurban Beregin, Voys Rakhimiy, Devonov Yakub Yusupovich, Rakhmatullaev Atanzhon, and Karimberdi Boltoev. At the end of the visit, the group of professors expressed their gratitude to the staff of the Museum of Victims of Repression and all the responsible personnel for providing very useful and necessary information.
