Successful Defense of the Dissertation
Today, on August 15, at the regular meeting of the Scientific Council No. 03/30.04.2022.Fil.20.07 for awarding academic degrees (PhD) under Karakalpak State University, Laylo Muminboyevna Rakhimova, a teacher of the Interfaculty Department of Foreign Languages at Urgench State University, successfully defended her dissertation with 100% of the votes. The dissertation, written to obtain the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in 10.00.06 – Comparative Literary Studies, Contrastive Linguistics, and Translation Studies, is titled “Functional-Formal and Linguoculturological Features of Oral Discourse (on the example of the Uzbek and English languages).”
