The Rector of Urgench State University held an extended analytical meeting on the university’s moral and educational activities
Today, the Rector of Urgench State University, Feruza Madrakhimova, held an extended critical-analytical meeting with all responsible officials of the university regarding moral and educational matters.
During the meeting, the work of deputy deans for youth affairs, advisors on women’s issues, tutors, psychologists, prevention inspectors, and educators was thoroughly analyzed, and their work efficiency was reviewed individually.
Specific tasks were set to further improve the student engagement system. In particular, instructions were given to systematize the activities of clubs, make efficient use of student dormitory facilities, constantly monitor the condition of students living in rented accommodations, ensure their living conditions and safety, and prevent violations of law and crime. Special attention was paid to strengthening a healthy moral environment within faculties and developing teacher-student mentoring traditions. Corruption prevention issues were also analyzed in depth.
The meeting provided important instructions to enhance the effectiveness of the “Ethics and Morality Commission” and to better organize the work of psychologists. Additionally, matters regarding the Youth Union leader, the activities of dormitory staff, and improvements to the dormitory regulations were reviewed.
At the conclusion of the meeting, all participants’ proposals and suggestions were heard, and concrete measures were determined to elevate the university’s moral and educational work to a new level.
