Discussion Held on Improving Department Activities and Target Indicators

Today, a meeting was held under the leadership of the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Urgench State University, Ghayrat Rahimov, with the participation of 43 department heads and heads of relevant departments of the university.

During the meeting, the Head of the Human Resources Department, Sanjar Atajanov, discussed the existing distribution of positions within departments, current standards in this area, as well as issues related to improving staffing positions ahead of the new academic year. Proposals and opinions were expressed on more effective organization of departmental activities.

In addition, the Head of the International Cooperation Department, Oybek Sotiboldiyev, presented the university’s departmental target development indicators for 2026. An exchange of views took place regarding the priority tasks facing the departments and the measures that need to be implemented in this regard.

At the meeting, the Head of the Education Quality Control Department, Komiljon Bobojonov, and the Head of the Academic and Methodological Department, Gayrat Matlatipov, paid special attention to the effective organization of the educational process, improving the quality of education, strengthening executive discipline, and further developing interdepartmental cooperation.
