Would you like to work in the German Parliament?

If you come from Central, Eastern or Southeastern Europe, France, Israel, North America, Central Asia or the Arab world, you can use the International Parliamentary Fellowship of the German Bundestag (IPS) for five months to follow the proceedings in the German Bundestag, three of which work in an office for members of parliament.

Together with Freie Universität Berlin, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, and Technische Universität Berlin, the German Bundestag awards approximately 120 scholarships annually to young university graduates from 44 nations. The program runs every year from March 1 to July 31.

The program is under the patronage of the President of the Bundestag.

Goals are:

to promote relations between Germany and the participating countries
to consolidate democratic values and tolerance
Deepen understanding of cultural diversity
to ensure peaceful coexistence in the world.
