People's educator Maryam Yakubova

Maryam Yakubova was born on May 12, 1931 in Urgench, in Khorezm. Maryam Yakubova   was admitted to the 1st grade of school No.1 in the city in 1938 and graduated in 1948 with honors. In the same year she entered the Khorezm State Pedagogical Institute (now UrSU), Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, in 1952 she graduated with honors.
