The Rector Supported Student Initiatives
Today, a “Rector and Youth Meeting” was held at Urgench State University. During the event, the university’s rector, Feruza Madrakhimova, conducted an open and sincere dialogue with students of the faculties of Physics and Mathematics, Foreign Philology, as well as Natural and Agricultural Sciences.
The meeting was held in a free and friendly atmosphere. During the discussion, the rector encouraged students to make effective use of available opportunities, continuously work on self-development, and set high goals.
The students also actively participated by sharing their opinions, proposals, and initiatives. In particular, initiatives related to innovative startup projects, academic internships, various scholarship programs, international grants, and participation in competitions were thoroughly discussed.
The rector supported the proposals and initiatives put forward by the students and gave relevant instructions to responsible officials for their implementation.
This meeting is significant in fostering the realization of youth initiatives, supporting their intellectual and creative potential, and further strengthening their active participation in university life.
