The second Info Day of the SILKWAY Erasmus+ project
On 22 April 2026, the second Info Day of the SILKWAY Erasmus+ project was held at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of Urgench State University. The event brought together graduating bachelor’s and master’s students, academic staff, members of the Romanovsky Institute of Mathematics, and international project partners. During the meeting, participants were introduced to the project’s main objectives, partner universities, and the new renewable energy laboratory equipment installed at the university. Special guest speakers, including the project coordinator Prof. Rafael Jiménez Castañeda and Javier Izquierdo Antón, joined online and highlighted the importance of international cooperation between Urgench State University and the University of Cádiz. The event concluded with a visit to the newly established laboratory, where practical demonstrations of the equipment were presented.
