Among the ancient history, rich culture, and noble values of our nation, Uzbek folk games have a worthy role.

Today, on March 30, a competition of Uzbek folk ethnographic games was organized at the sports fields of Urganch State University.

Students of the Faculty of Physical Culture participated with great interest and enthusiasm in this competition aimed at meaningful spending of students' free time and widespread promotion of a healthy lifestyle, as well as glorifying our national values.

The students tried their hand at dozens of folk games such as stone lifting, rope pulling, arm wrestling, “Kim kuchli?”, “Koʻz boylash”.

In the end, they were duly awarded by the Sports Club.
