The Department of Physics received a patent for an innovative device that determines the parameters of a solar panel
Under the leadership of Associate Professor of Physics Yakubov Komiljon Ruzmetovich, researchers Kurbanov Davron Shavkatovich and Bazarbayev Rustam Bakhramboyevich managed to obtain a patent for a utility model for a "Device for complex measurement of electrophysical and photoelectric parameters of the solar panel".
