In recent years, cooperation relations of Urganch State University with higher education institutions of the Republic of Turkey have been expanding more and more. This is evidenced by the fact that agreements have been reached with 11 higher education institutions on academic cooperation.

As a continuation of these relations, several prestigious universities of the Republic of Turkey, as well as the State Language Training and Professional Development Center at Alisher Navoi Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature, Alfraganus University in Tashkent, and Urganch State University, a new project is being implemented in cooperation with the faculty of Uzbek philology to create a dialect dictionary.

Today, on November 13, the professor of Sakarya Uygulamalı Bilimler University of Turkey, Dr. Serhat Küçük, professor from Düzce University, Dr. Demirji Umut Özgür, Prof. from Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University, Dr. Bakhtiyar Aslan, Prof. from Marmara University, Dr. Özkan Gulsoylar, as well as the director of the State Language Center I. Azimov, head of the "Oriental Philology" department of Alfraganus University, Ph.D., Assoc. N. Jurayeva, professor of this department, Ph.D. M. Saparniyozova visited Urganch State University.

In an official conversation with the guests, S. Khodjaniyozov, vice-rector for academic affairs of UrSU, Z. Ibragimov, vice-rector for research and innovations, D. Ghayipov, dean of the faculty of Uzbek philology, and linguistic scholars of the "Uzbek philology" department, professor - teachers participated.

At the beginning of the dialogue, the parties presented general information about their higher educational institutions. After that, in cooperation with professors and teachers of Uzbek Philology Faculty of Urganch State University and scientists of Sakarya University of Applied Sciences, an agreement was reached on the joint creation of a grant project on the topic "Creating a dialectological dictionary of Onadolu and Uzbek Oghuz dialects".

It was also planned to sign a memorandum between Sakarya University of Applied Sciences and Urganch State University.

At the end of the meeting, symbolic souvenirs of Urganch State University were presented to the guests.
