On November 20-25 this year, a seminar on "European experience of commercialization in higher education and creating an entrepreneurial environment in universities" is being held in Brussels in cooperation with the Agency for Innovative Development under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation and the Belgian Education Council.  Z.Ibragimov, vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations of Urgench State University, among the rectors and vice-rectors of more than 30 higher educational institutions of our republic, is participating in it.

On November 22, members of the delegation visited the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Belgium. On the same day, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Belgian Education Council and Urgench State University.
Also, the members of the delegation got to know the activities of the Parliament of the European Union.
