As a result of the practical visit of the representatives of Khorezm region to the People's Republic of China and the promotion activities carried out in the leading mass media of China, a cooperation meeting in the field of tourism was organized with the Gansu region of the People's Republic of China.

Rector of Urgench State University Bakhrom Abdullayev, vice-rectors and deans of relevant faculties took part in the meeting.

 During the video conference, representatives of the Chinese tourism industry expressed great interest in the tourist attraction of our region. In the future, negotiations were held with representatives of the tourism sector of Gansu region on B2B meetings, participation in tourism fairs of the two countries, and bilateral exchange of tourists. During the meeting, it was agreed to establish cooperative relations in the field of educational tourism.
