Today, on March 26, a delegation led by the director of the Institute of Humanities of the partner Novosibirsk State University of the Russian Federation, Dr. Andrey Zuyev, professor Belitsa Tatiana and researcher Evgania Ignateva visited Urgench State University.

An official meeting was organized with the members of the delegation and the leadership of UrSU on the topic "Actual issues of multilateral scientific cooperation within the framework of the Consortium of North and Central Asian researchers". Anatoliy Sagdullayev, professor of the National University of Uzbekistan, academician of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, who is currently a guest of our university, also participated in this meeting with his opinions.

Rector of Urgench State University, prof. Bakhrom Abdullayev and director of the Institute of Humanities of Novosibirsk State University, prof. Andrey Zuyev exchanged views on the results and prospects of cooperation.

During the meeting, the works planned to be implemented in cooperation this year were discussed. It was agreed to publish the monograph, which is traditionally prepared annually in cooperation, this year as well. Issues such as cooperation in archeology, holding joint scientific conferences, sending master's and doctoral students to Novosibirsk State University for internships using the opportunities of the "El-Yurt Umid" fund were discussed.

At the end of the meeting, symbolic souvenirs were presented to the guests.
