On December 12, 2012 at 12:30 was held the next scientific and theoretical seminar of the department of Uzbek linguistics. During the seminar, the senior lecturer of SamSU Sherali Temirov discussed the dissertation on the subject "Linguistic study of the Orient of Samarkand region" for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy and received the review of the dissertation. There was also heard a lecture by undergraduate Marhabo Akhmedova on "Types of Khorezm Maqom Names." The lectures at the seminar were of great interest and were full of questions and answers.
