Nowruz holiday, celebrated in the spring season, pleases everyone as it reflects our spiritual and cultural wealth such as national values, traditions, folk games. In addition, boiling Sumalak, our national dish, in a cauldron gives a special spirit to the holiday. Today, on March 19, in the Uzbek philology faculty, preparations for the festive dish - sumalak - started in the morning in connection with Navruz. The faculty team and students are celebrating the holiday in a spring shukuh, wishing each other warm wishes around the sumac doshkazoon.
