National Forum on the Modernisation of English Language Education is taking place in Tashkent!
In close partnership with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations and the Ministry of Pre-school and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan the British Council hosted 220 participants –representatives of over 50 private and state universities from all over Uzbekistan! The universities preparing future English teachers gathered to discuss key priorities and challenges in the process of modernizing PRESETT. The Forum is organized as a part of AELLCA - the British Council Accelerating English Language Learning in Central Asia programme, which is funded by the UK International Development from the UK Government.
