International Scientific and Practical Conference on “Innovative Solutions in Modern Biology, Ecology, and Agriculture”

Today, at Urgench State University, an international scientific and practical conference titled “Innovative Solutions to Current Issues in Modern Biology, Ecology, and Agriculture” has begun its work at the initiative of the Faculty of Natural and Agricultural Sciences.

The conference was opened by Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation A.Atamurotov, who emphasized the importance of international cooperation in the development of modern science, the role of innovative approaches, and the need to enhance the effectiveness of research activities conducted in higher education institutions.

This prestigious event brings together leading scientists and experts from the United States, Russia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as various higher education institutions and research organizations of our country.

During the conference, speeches were delivered by the Chairman of the Khorezm Mamun Academy, Professor I. Abdullayev, the Director of the Karakalpak Scientific Research Institute of Natural Sciences under the Karakalpak Branch of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Professor S. Mambetullayeva, and other prominent scholars. Their presentations focused on pressing issues in biology, biotechnology, ecology, and agriculture, ways to address them through innovative approaches, and the practical significance of advanced technologies.

It was noted that foreign scientists are also participating in the conference. In particular, scientific reports were presented by Robert C. Schwartz from the USDA-ARS-CPRL Research Center (Bushland, Texas, USA), Professor Jemal Ün from Ege University (Turkey), and Bobur Nadjodov, a representative of the All-Russian Research Institute of Agricultural Biotechnology.

This international scientific and practical conference is expected to serve as an important platform for strengthening the integration of science, education, and industry, supporting innovative ideas, and advancing international scientific cooperation to a new level.
