Scientific-Theoretical Seminar on Cognitive Linguistics Held at Urgench State University
On October 21, 2026, a regular scientific-theoretical seminar was organized by Surayo Matsolaeva, a lecturer at the Department of English Philology, Faculty of Foreign Philology at Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Beruni. Seminar Topic: "The Role of Concept and Conceptual Field in Modern Linguistics (On the Example of the Concept 'Labor')"
Key Highlights:The notions of "concept" and "conceptual field"—fundamental pillars of modern cognitive linguistics—were comprehensively analyzed from both scientific and theoretical perspectives. 
Participants engaged in Q&A sessions, gaining detailed insights into contemporary trends in cognitive linguistics and the intricate relationship between language and culture.
