Form of research. A practical project will be implemented to develop effective and innovative mechanisms for attracting extra-budgetary funds to higher education institutions.

Research results:

A mechanism for attracting extra-budgetary funds to higher education institutions will be developed;

A mechanism for the efficient use of funds of higher education institutions will be developed.

Higher education institutions will develop a mechanism for establishing alumni funds or endowment funds.

Test results: The research will be tested in higher education institutions in Khorezm region and Tashkent.

Print results: The results of the research will be used to prepare documents for intellectual property. Based on the results of the research, recommendations, manuals, conferences will be organized, and articles will be published in prestigious journals and journals indexed in the Web of Science, Scopus database.
