Landscaping and beautification works within the national project "Green Space" have also been started


It is planned to plant 3,000 trees in the spring season under the program of the national project "Green Space" of Urgench State University, and now the implementation of this plan has been started. In particular, 200 gujum saplings were brought to the university today for planting.

According to the plan, a total of 1,500 saplings, including 300 Japanese safflower, 200 alder, 300 poplar, 100 catalpa, 100 paulownia, 100 jiida, and 400 shark's camellia trees, have been planted on the university territory.

Employees of the university, all faculties and volunteer students actively participate in this process.

In particular, today, under the leadership of the Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Philology, Z. Jumaniyozov, professors and teachers of the "Interfaculty Foreign Languages" department are planting various ornamental plants in the territory of the university allocated to them.

These planted varieties and maintained trees not only add beauty to the university territory, but also serve to clean the surrounding air.
