New Head of Department Elected
A departmental meeting was held at the Department of Applied Mathematics and Mathematical Physics of Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Biruni. The meeting was attended by the Rector of the University, the Dean of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, the former Head of the Department, and the department’s faculty members.
During the meeting, the Rector, the Dean of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, and the former Head of the Department delivered speeches outlining the future goals and development priorities of the department. The former Head of the Department was also thanked for his many years of dedicated service, and best wishes were extended to the newly elected Head in his future endeavors.
As a result of the meeting, Murod Ro‘zmetov was elected as the Head of the Department of Applied Mathematics and Mathematical Physics.
