Today, a delegation from MARA University of Malaysia visited Urgench State University. The guests were warmly welcomed by the university administration.
As part of the visit, the delegation members viewed an exhibition of creative works prepared by university students, as well as special displays organized in the university foyer under the theme “Mentors — Our Pride.”
The Malaysian students also had the opportunity to learn more about the activities of the University Museum, where they viewed materials reflecting the institution’s history, academic and pedagogical activities, and achievements.
Following the tour, a meeting was held with representatives of MARA University, led by O. Sotiboldiyev, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation at Urgench State University.
During the meeting, the guests were provided with information about the university’s faculties, academic programs, research potential, and international cooperation activities. The parties also discussed the implementation of joint projects, faculty and student exchange programs, academic mobility opportunities, and the development of international educational programs between the two higher education institutions. Both sides expressed their readiness to further develop and strengthen cooperation in these areas.
