February 11 was designated as "International Women and Girls Day in the Field of Science". In this regard, a management meeting was organized with women scientists of the Faculty of Pedagogy of Urganch State University.

S. Khodzhaniyazov, vice-rector for educational affairs of UrSU, A. Khudayberganov, dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy, N. Kuchkarova, head of the "Preschool Education Methodology" department, and professors took part in the roundtable discussion.

At the meeting, female scientists of the department, including Ph.D. Prof. v.b. M. Salayeva, Ph.D. Assoc. The scientific activity of G. Eshchanova, associate professor N. Y. Madrakhimova and exemplary work in the field of science were recognized by her students. On the example of these women scientists, it was discussed about the conditions created for carrying out scientific activities in our university.
