Scientific-theoretical seminar
Jasur Bahodirovich Kushmanov who is Docent ( PhD) teacher at the Department of English Language and Literature at the Faculty of Foreign Philology of Urganch State University held a scientific-theoretical seminar on the topic "Gender Stereotypes" on October 10th. At the scientific and theoretical seminar, the social and linguistic characteristics of gender stereotypes, their expression in language units, and their similarities and differences in Uzbek and English cultures were analysed. Additionally, modern linguistic approaches, new scientific perspectives, and practical recommendations were presented in the study of gender stereotypes. Participants exchanged ideas on the topic and emphasised the need for a deeper scientific and theoretical study of gender stereotypes.
