The republican scientific-theoretical conference "The commonality of language, education and culture in translation" was held

Today, at the initiative of the Department of "Translation Theory and Practice" of the Faculty of Foreign Philology of UrSU, a Republican scientific-theoretical conference was held on the topic "The commonality of language, education and culture in translation". The conference was opened by Zafar Ibragimov, vice-rector for the research and innovation of UrSU, and wished success to the conference. The congratulatory speech of Zahid Jumaniyazov, dean of the faculty of foreign philology, was heard.

After that, it was the turn of the general meetings of the conference, UrSU professor Otaboy Jumaniozov, Ph.D., Prof.V.B. Abdulla Orazboyev and a number of professors and teachers of the "Translation Theory and Practice" department, in addition, through the Zoom platform, the professor of the National University of Uzbekistan, Ph.D. Jamila Jumaboyeva, associate professor of the "Theory of Translation and Comparative Linguistics" department of this university, Ph.D. Arustamyan Yana Yurevna, Head of the Department of "Distance Education in Social and Humanities" of the Nukus State Pedagogical Institute, and Associate Professor Gulzira Kdirbayeva attended their lectures.

The conference was moderated by Malohat Atadjonova, senior teacher of the "Translation Theory and Practice" department.

The conference was full of lively discussions and opinions of experts in the field.
