In order to actively involve recruiters in the process of training highly qualified specialists provided for in Chapter 3, Clause 5 of the Decree No. PF-5847 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Approval of the Concept of Development of the Higher Education System until 2030" On the initiative of Urgench State University of the Department of Marketing and Student Practice of the State University and the Faculty of Technology, a meeting of "Senators and Youth" was held today in the Palace of Culture of the university. A group of senators, major employer organizations and enterprise heads of the region, as well as university management and graduating students of the faculties of Chemical Technologies and Natural and Agricultural Sciences took part In this meeting. Rector of the university B.Abdullayev opened the meeting and spoke about the main goal of it.

At the event, the Chairman of the Committee on Agrarian and Water Management of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, Senator B. Tajiyev, the founder of the private enterprise "Tilla Domor", Senator U. Sharipov, the State Research and Design Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan "Uzdavierloyiha" Khorazm Director of the regional branch R. Abdirimov and other participants spoke about their work activities, gave recommendations to students to become mature specialists in their chosen field. They shared their life experiences and had a lively conversation. They focused on the conditions created by our state in all areas. They emphasized the changes made in Khorezm region in recent years. They talked about benefits for young people.

To form a sense of involvement of young people in the reforms implemented in every aspect of our country and to increase their social activity, to widely promote the opportunities and conditions created by our state for young people, to form entrepreneurial skills in them, and to be active in achieving achievements in the fields of science. Graduate students received answers to their questions and actively participated with their suggestions at this meeting, which was organized in order to support young people in every way, to further expand their worldview and thinking, and to help them grow into spiritually mature individuals and mature professionals.
