Today, April 25, the chairman of the political council of the "Adolat" social-democratic party R. Makhmudova, accompanied by the rector of the Urgench State University B. Abdullayev, met with the students of the university.

Also, at this meeting, the Chairman of the Khorezm Regional Court Sh.Kamolov, the Chairman of the Regional Administrative Court J.Sultanova, the employees of the Khorezm Regional Department of the social-democratic party "Adolat" and the management staff, professors and students of the Urgench State University participated.

At the beginning, the rector of the university B.Abdullayev made a speech and expressed his opinion on the main goal of the meeting and its tasks.

At this meeting aimed at improving measures to protect women from harassment and violence, the chairman of the Political Council of the Republican Social Democratic Party, R. Makhmudova, talked about the reforms and legislative innovations being carried out to protect women from violence in our country. He spoke about the benefits given to increase his political and economic activity, the tasks envisaged under the "Gender Strategy-2030".

The judges gave information about the reforms, innovations and changes in the law regarding the protection of the rights and legal interests of women in our country, and the students were called to increase their legal culture.

At the end of the meeting, a group of university pedagogues and workers and students were awarded by the university and the party.
