Congratulations on March 8 – International Women’s Day!

Dear and respected sisters,

First of all, I sincerely congratulate you on the beautiful spring holiday that brings the spirit of renewal and awakening to our country. The celebration of March 8 – International Women’s Day, observed during these blessed days when nature awakens and the environment is filled with new colors and freshness, holds a special place in the hearts of all of us.

Indeed, spring is the season of renewal of life, the awakening of nature, and the revival of kindness and love. This is no coincidence. The beauty, elegance, and warmth of spring harmoniously reflect the grace and tenderness of a woman’s heart. Therefore, the celebration of women’s day at the very beginning of spring carries a deep symbolic meaning.

On the occasion of this remarkable holiday – March 8, International Women’s Day – I sincerely congratulate all honorable women of our country, especially our respected female colleagues working in our university, our devoted teachers and mentors, as well as our female students who are striving for knowledge.

A woman is the future of the nation, the continuer of life, the strong pillar of the family, and a priceless treasure of society. Where there is a woman, there is kindness, upbringing, prosperity, and blessing. A society that honors and respects women will always have a bright and prosperous present and future.

In recent years, large-scale reforms have been carried out in our country aimed at protecting the rights and interests of women, strengthening their role and status in society, ensuring gender equality, and protecting family, motherhood, and childhood. Supporting women and creating wide opportunities for them to receive education, acquire professions, engage in entrepreneurship, and work productively have become one of the priorities of state policy.

The achievements of our women working in various fields clearly demonstrate the results of this attention and respect. In particular, on the occasion of the holiday, Professor of the Department of History at Urgench State University, Mamlakat Jumaniyazova, was awarded the “Mo‘tabar Ayol” badge in accordance with Order No. 31 dated March 2, 2026 of the Chairperson of the Committee on Family and Women of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This award is a vivid example of the high respect and recognition given to women in our country and a well-deserved appreciation of the dedication and professional potential of women working in science and education.

At the same time, consistent efforts are being made to ease the burdens of women, support the realization of their potential, increase their social activity, support women entrepreneurs, ensure employment, and provide targeted assistance to women in need of social protection. All of this reflects the growing respect and recognition of women in our society.

Dear sisters,

You are not only the symbol of love, care, and upbringing within the family, but also achieve great success in science, education, culture, art, medicine, economics, and many other fields, making a worthy contribution to the development of society. We are truly proud of the dedicated women teachers of our university and our talented and ambitious female students.

Your hard work, patience, kindness, and dedication are always worthy of the highest respect.

Dear and graceful women,

Once again, I sincerely congratulate you on the holiday of spring and beauty – March 8, International Women’s Day. I wish you strong health, peace and harmony in your homes, prosperity in your families, and endless joy and happiness in your hearts.

May you always be surrounded by respect and attention. May the beauty, grace, and charm of spring accompany you throughout your life!
