Starting from 2023, in accordance with the contract between the Center for Language Proficiency Testing under St. Petersburg State University of the Russian Federation and Urganch State University, experts from the partner higher education institution will provide teachers of general secondary schools of our region with International certification tests have been launched.

In particular, the first session of these tests was held on February 3 of this year at Urganch State University. Each test includes 5 subtests: reading, writing, listening comprehension, speaking, vocabulary and grammar.

The first session of these tests was conducted by foreign specialist Oleg Ivanovich Krynisky and Yulia Matenova, specialist of TSPU named after Nizami.
