A scientific-practical conference was held on the topic "Development of the state language: problems and solutions"

"The Uzbek language, which is one of the oldest and richest languages in the world, is a symbol of our national identity and independent statehood, a priceless spiritual wealth, a great value for our people," said President Sh. Mirziyoyev.

Indeed, language is a mirror of the human soul. It reflects not only the human heart, but also the past, present, future, culture and many other aspects of that nation.

A scientific-practical conference on the topic "Development of the State Language: Problems and Solutions" was organized today in the Palace of Culture of Urganch State University on the initiative of the Faculty of Uzbek Philology in connection with the 34th anniversary of the granting of the status of the state language to the Uzbek language.

The conference was attended by representatives of Khorezm region administration, professors and teachers of the faculty of Uzbek philology and students. Faculty dean, prof. Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovations Z. Ibragimov opened the conference moderated by D. Gayipov with an introduction and expressed his opinions about the history of the nation and the place and importance of our language today.

During the conference, adviser to the governor of Khorezm region R.Khudayberganov "Works carried out in the region to ensure the priority of the state language", head of the department of Uzbek linguistics, Assoc. A. Primov "The role of the Uzbek language in the development of the nation and society", Ph.D., Prof.V.B. A. Orazboyev gave a lecture on "Turkish freshness spread to the world (Turkish words in foreign Eastern languages)", protecting the value of our language, increasing the meaning of the unwanted words appearing in the language in today's globalization process. explained to the next generation, the uniqueness of our mother tongue, the reforms being made to increase the prestige and status of the state language, and the need for every child of this country to love the mother tongue and take an active part in promoting its value.

  The conference was connected to the festive issue of the "Young Speakers" competition.
