The webinar on the topic: "Clasroom management strategies and techniques” was held for school teachers

The webinar was conducted for school teachers on February 17th, 2022 year by Sabirova Bernara, ESL teacher of the “English language and literature” department, Urgench State University.
The webinar devoted to the topic: ” Clasroom management strategies and techniques” was held for school teachers on February 17th, 2022 year in collaboration with UrSU, by by Sabirova Bernara, ESL of the “English language and literature” department,Urgench State University. Classroom management strategies and techniques refers to key to successful classroom management is dividing it into its four major components. 
The webinar was organized to share and discuss the ways, the techniques and strategies of classrom management.. During the workshop the facilitator and participants held a discussion about various aspects of CM. In addition to this, each participant suggested their own view of CM as the instructor explained benefits as well as advantegous sides od those techniques. 
Each technique and strategy was clearly explained, discussed and reinforeced with examples. Besides this, the instructor was asked the topic –related questions with her own point of view  with possible future expectations which will be done to school  system related to textboks.
