The Management of Urgench State University Held an Open Dialogue with the Faculty of Sports Activities, Pedagogy, and Psychology

Today, June 26, an open dialogue meeting was held between the acting rector of Urgench State University, S.Khodjaniyazov, and the professors and teachers of the Faculty of Sports Activities, Pedagogy, and Psychology, with the participation of all vice-rectors.

During the meeting, the achievements and work carried out in the past academic year were reviewed. Key issues were discussed, including improving the quality of education, organizing student internships more effectively, preparing for the new academic year, and updating curricula and educational programs.

Additionally, necessary directives were given regarding the evaluation of teachers' performance based on the KPI system, employment of graduates, active participation in projects such as “Step into the Future” and “Critical 90 Days,” involvement in grants and international projects, as well as strengthening foreign language learning.

The meeting was held in an open dialogue format, allowing professors and teachers to express their opinions and suggestions. The university leadership emphasized its readiness to listen to the faculty’s proposals and concerns and to assist in addressing them.
