To the attention of citizens who, for valid reasons, want to transfer their studies!


In accordance with paragraph 15 of the Regulation on the procedure for transfer, reinstatement, and suspension of students from higher education institutions, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 20, 2017, No. 393 the activities of regional working groups on the reception of applications for transfer of study have been established.

⚠️ Regional working groups will operate from December 20, 2020, to January 25, 2021 (inclusive).

According to the Regulation, citizens can apply to regional working groups for the following reasons:

- when a student moves from one place of residence to another for permanent residence or marriage;

- when changing the place of military service of the student's spouse or parents;

- when the student's parents (spouse) return from public service abroad.

In other cases, citizens can apply for the transfer of studies in a general manner annually from July 15 to August 5.

Citizens wishing to transfer for valid reasons must submit the following documents to the regional working groups for the transfer of studies:

- application for transfer (the application is issued by the regional working group and filled in by the student on the spot);

- a copy of the standardized rating book indicating the name of the educational institution, specialty, course, group, certified by the official seal of the educational institution (in one copy);

- copy of the passport;

- relevant documents confirming the above reasons for the transfer.

Reinstatement applications (except for transfer value reinstatement) are submitted directly to a specific university, regardless of the number of years that have passed since the student's suspension.
