On November 10 of this year, Sh.Katayeva, a teacher of the Department of Russian Language and Literature of the Faculty of Uzbek Philology of UrSU, conducted an open practical session on the subject "History of Russian Literature" for the students of the 212th group of Russian language education.

 The training was held on the topic "Motiv smerti i pustoty («pustogo slova») v novele M.E. Saltykova-shchedrina «Gospoda Golovlevy»". During the training, all characters in the novel were described, interesting facts about the writer's life and work were told, and reinforced through various pedagogical technologies.

K.B. Salayev, associate professor of the Department of Russian Language and Literature, participated in the lesson as an observer and expressed his opinion about the effectiveness and shortcomings of the lesson.
